Your new role As M&E Operations Manager, you will have full ownership of the operational delivery of the Offsite Modular function, with responsibility for mechanical, electrical, BMS, and off-site assembly teams, including subcontracted labour. You will play a key role in scaling the business sustainably, improving manufacturing efficiency, refining processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery in line with programme and commercial requirements.
