You'll play a key role in service delivery, regulatory compliance, people management, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Service Operations Ensure full occupancy and manage referral assessments.Lead on recruitment and resource management to minimise agency use.Tailor all services to meet the unique needs of each individual. Commercial & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and external partners.Collaborate with the Business Development team to grow the service organically.
