Role Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will carry out site inspections to ensure works meet contract specifications, quality standards, and health & safety requirements. You'll monitor contractor performance, attend site meetings, manage defects, and maintain accurate records and reports. The role also involves supporting asset surveys, ensuring compliance with SHQS/EESSH standards, and contributing to successful project delivery and handovers. They are looking to appoint a confident and well presented Clerk Of Works/Project Manager to deliver Repairs planning, Voids management and Maintenance projects across their housing estate.Sitting within the Assets and Maintenance team, this role will have you overseeing a variety of upgrades, repairs and capital projects within their housing team in line with their '30 Year Plan'.
