The Role We're working with a patient-focused, family-run independent in Staffordshire seeking an Optometrist to join their small, friendly team. You'll work across two modern practices, both recently refurbished, with test times set at 30 minutes (and flexibility to extend if you prefer). Dispensing and admin are handled by experienced DOs and OAs, leaving you free to focus on clinical care. What's on Offer Salary £48,000 - £53,000 + monthly team bonus 4 or 5 days per week, including Saturdays 30-minute test with no pre screen 25 days holiday + bank holidays + full week off at Christmas GOC fees, CET courses, and indemnity insurance covered Free parking at both practices Why Join?
