KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct planned maintenance across LFB estate to SFG 20 standard. Complete engineer's worksheet in full, giving full details of plant that requires additional work. Work sheets to be detailed, pictures of before and after on each job, remedial quotations should be sourced and provided with the job. Complete works competently to prevent call backs and KPI failures. Identifying lifecycle replacement requirements. Complete a weekly time sheet correctly and submit it to your line manager. Submit expenses weekly with all supporting receipts. Complete all necessary paperwork for the customer whilst on site and obtain a customer's signature to enable the job attended to be invoiced without any delays. About the Role As a Mechanical/Building Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from initial scoping and estimation through to completion.
