Assist in preparing and submitting interim valuations and agreeing final accounts. Maintain accurate financial records and project cost reporting. Prepare financial and management reports to support project monitoring. Liaise with Contracts Managers and project teams to ensure commercial awareness across projects. The successful candidate will possess: Essential: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline Experience working within the construction (refurbishment / fit-out) sector. Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and project valuation processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Desirable: Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS ) Experience working with Schedule of Rates contracts.
