We are now looking for an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of our Quality Management System and act as our Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC). This is a hands-on role, where you will review, develop, and implement processes that ensure compliance, efficiency, and continual improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities: Quality Management System (QMS): Review, update, and improve the company s QMS in line with current business needs. Align processes where possible with group systems, highlighting any gaps. Create and implement processes, procedures, and supporting documentation.
