The Corporate Transactions team focuses on buy-side and sell-side M&A, mergers, equity capital markets transactions (including IPOs and rights issues), as well as advisory work for credit funds and restructuring situations involving new borrowing and debt restructurings. With ambitious growth plans to significantly scale the practice over the coming years, the firm is looking for high-calibre individuals to help drive that expansion. The Role As a Director, you will take a lead role in the delivery of complex client engagements, bringing together technical expertise, commercial awareness and strong leadership. You will own key parts of client relationships and play an active role in identifying opportunities to provide innovative, value-adding solutions.
