Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Preconstruction Commercial Manager throughout the preconstruction phase Managing commercial elements including payments in and out, applications, assessments, and monthly cost reporting Ensuring efficient and profitable tender submissions that align with client expectations Assisting in the development and performance management of the supply chain Maintaining a strong customer focus and promoting a culture of professionalism Identifying value engineering opportunities while ensuring alignment with budgetary requirements Managing multiple tenders or projects simultaneously Contributing to turnover, profit, and programme forecasting and reporting Taking a proactive approach to risk identification and problem solving Supporting Directors with business development and securing new work Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders About You: To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator within the construction industry A strong track record in commercial management, budgeting, and cost planning Excellent communication and negotiation skills An analytical mindset with a practical approach to solving problems The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement Relevant sector experience that adds value to the business This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that values expertise, collaboration, and commercial innovation.
