Due to continued growth, they now seek to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Regional Commercial team in Mid-Kent on a permanent basis. Projects are a combination of mid to high-end traditional build developments ranging from 50 - multiphased to 300-unit schemes. Your new role Reporting to a commercial manager and working closely with a senior surveyor for support, you will be responsible for all commercial activity across 2 existing Kent-based schemes supporting the successful delivery of projects from restart through to final account. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to pursue a career within claims and litigation, even if you have not got specialist experience within this field but do have a strong interest in this area of work they are happy to provide learning and development opportunities for the successful candidate.
