Effectively manage the performance of others in the team and offer support to junior members. What will it take to be successful? You will be a chartered building surveyor with extensive industry experience. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to seek and build relationships with new and existing clients. You will also have excellent time management skills, sound technical competence and good working knowledge of all relevant legislation. You will also have a clean driving license.
