Due to continued expansion, we re looking for a Field-Based Vehicle Technician to cover South Surrey, Crawley, Sutton, Croydon, and Redhill. The Role As a Field Based Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you will be carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on cars and light commercial vehicles Work across client sites, depots, and customer homes Perform routine tasks such as servicing, brake pads/discs, and mechanical repairs Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults Deliver a professional, customer-facing service at all times About You Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic Comfortable working independently in a mobile/field-based role (desirable, not essential) Background in fast-fit environments is a plus Confident using diagnostic tools and equipment Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) Strong customer service skills and professional attitude Location & Hours Covering: South Surrey, Crawley, Sutton, Croydon, Redhill Monday Friday: 8:00am 5:00pm Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am 12:30pm The Package Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE) Realistic £45,000 OTE Productivity bonus + additional earning potential Company van + fuel card Pension scheme 20 days holiday + bank holidays Tools, diagnostic equipment & uniform provided Why Join?
