The Opportunity Ford & Stanley Talentwise are looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at a top UK tourist attraction in the heart of the capital, the London Eye. One of the UK s most popular visitor attractions, the London Eye requires a skilled team member to ensure the smooth running of the operation to deliver planned preventative maintenance and fault finding. You will be aware of all issues relating to the ride, inclusive of mechanical, electrical and control systems, carrying out any required reactive repairs in a timely manner to ensure minimal downtime of the ride. This is an exciting Full Time, permanent position which includes carrying out daily checks and start-up/close procedures working a 12-hour day or a night shift on a rotating basis. You should feel comfortable working at heights, however full harness training will be provided. For the right candidate, this role is varied with no day being the same! Location: London, Salary: £48,425 P.A. + £3,500 Shift Allowance + Bonus + Overtime (potential earnings of £52,000 - £60,000) Shifts: Working a mixture of days and nights - 12-hour shifts on roughly a 5 on 5 off basis, which will include weekend and bank holidays as required.
