Promote the organisation s products and services to learners. Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately. Skills / Experience Required Essential qualifications: Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development or equivalent, plus a valid course-specific qualification (e.g., First Aid at Work, IOSH). Experience: Delivering first aid and/or health and safety courses to adults. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups. Other: Physically able to perform CPR on a manikin on the floor. Confident using Microsoft applications and digital tools for course administration.
