As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Banqueting Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Stableyard Catering, the North West's caterer of the year at The Wedding Industry Awards. The role is ideally full time and permanent working 4 days per week, with hours usually 8am - 6:30pm. About the Role: As Banqueting Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Sous and Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the banqueting kitchen. You will help lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding food for weddings, corporate events, private dining and large-scale functions - ensuring consistency, creativity and excellence at every stage.
