The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer , you'll be a key player across both our new Luton site and our clients established Walthamstow facility. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role that blends maintenance expertise with process innovation. Your responsibilities will include: Leading process improvements and applying TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles Managing planned maintenance and responding swiftly to breakdowns Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults (400V AC to 5V DC systems) Working with pneumatics, analogue controls, motors, inverters, and PLCs Installing, commissioning, and upgrading manufacturing machinery Upholding health and safety standards in the workshop Essential Skills & Experience: City & Guilds, HND or equivalent in electrical/mechanical engineering Solid background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance Confident working with systems from 400V AC to 5V DC Experience with pneumatics, motors, inverters, PLCs, and analogue controls Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics Familiarity with TPM principles Desirable: Experience mentoring or leading junior staff Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Skilled in manufacturing fixtures, jigs, and fittings Strong communication skills If interested simply apply with an updated CV and we will be in touch shortly!
