THE ROLE You will be responsible for managing leasehold and shared ownership services, ensuring compliance, accurate service charge management and a positive resident experience. Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation including LTA 1985/2003 and CLRA 2002 Experience delivering Section 20 consultations end-to-end Confident managing service charges, budgets and financial processes Experience handling disputes, complaints and legal proceedings Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills THE CONTRACT WORKING HOURS Full Time LENGTH OF CONTRACT 6 Month Contract, temp-perm RATE The pay for the role is 24.87 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is 21.20 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
