Chartered status or working towards chartership with IEMA, RTPI, CIWEM, or equivalent professional body. Proven experience leading and delivering Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) across major infrastructure, energy, or urban development projects. Strong understanding of UK EIA Regulations, planning law, and environmental policy frameworks.
