Job Description Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to associates during meal service times. Serve food and beverages in line with set portion sizes and recipes. Ensure food display areas are clean, presentable, and well-stocked. Operate tills, process payments, and handle cash/card transactions accurately. Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times. Assist with basic food prep, restocking, and cleaning tasks as required. Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, and daily specials. Support the back-of-house team during busy periods or as directed. Report any issues with equipment, food quality, or service to the Catering Supervisor. Qualifications Skills and Experience: Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not essential). Basic food hygiene knowledge .
