With customers around the world on monthly or annual subscription plans, we're looking for someone to sharply focus on recurring revenue, constantly working to optimise subscription billing processes, improve customer retention and drive revenue growth. Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery and Excel is a must, along with the ability to think strategically and creatively. Python skills would be an added benefit. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive reports and visual aids using raw data to closely monitor and track KPIs. Turning large data sets into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Perform data mining using Google BigQuery to uncover insights. Investigate operational requirements, identify problems and opportunities, and propose effective business solutions. Identify trends, issues and recommend changes to optimise performance. Collaborate with various departments, such as Finance and Marketing. Requirements Experience: 3+ years as an Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Technical Proficiency: Very experienced in writing queries using SQL/Google BigQuery. Excel/Sheets Expert: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Experience working with large datasets. Strategic and creative thinking. Detail-oriented, driven, and curious about data, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Haves Experience in a SaaS or similar environment. Analytical experience with a financial or business focus. Previous use of Looker would be advantageous. Experience using Python, with a focus on reporting/alerts. About The Role As an FP&A Analyst at Oritain, you'll play a key role in supporting the FP&A Lead with budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. You'll deliver accurate, timely insights that help shape strategic decisions and drive performance across the business. Key Responsibilities Support the financial planning and analysis function of the business. Build and maintain financial models, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management and the board. Skills & Experience Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge and a keen analytical mindset. Proven problem solving and financial modelling skills, comfortable interpreting data and communicating insights clearly to both finance and non finance stakeholders. Solid Excel skills and eagerness to further develop advanced modelling capabilities, with experience using financial planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or Power BI. Previous experience in a dynamic, fast paced, or high growth environment highly desirable.
