As the business continues to grow, they are looking to recruit an experienced and proactive IT Systems Coordinator to join their team. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role supporting both infrastructure and business-critical applications. One of the key projects will be assisting the migration from the existing system (Intact IQ) to an alternative application (cloud based). This is not a people-management role. Requirements Manufacturing/distribution process understanding (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, MRP basics, inventory/traceability) Experience supporting systems through the lifecycle (requirements capture, testing/UAT, training support, and BAU support) with the opportunity to take on more ownership over time. Strong understanding of Windows Server environments. Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server (strong SQL query/report writing essential). Working knowledge of Office 365 administration and SharePoint. Experience developing or supporting PowerApps. Familiarity with 3CX phone system administration.
