Field Sales Representative Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm Contract: Temporary Permanent Location: Motherwell Package & Benefits Car allowance: £250 per month Fuel card provided Uncapped commission structure Full training & ongoing support Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is target-driven, confident building relationships, and enjoys being out on the road meeting customers. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through field-based sales activity Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio Conduct client visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations Prepare proposals, quotes, and follow-ups Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems About You Previous field sales experience is advantageous but not essential Strong communication and rapport-building skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach Full UK driver's licence and own vehicle
