Experience in designing school, youth or community-based programmes, preferably with a focus on attendance. Strong facilitation and training skills, especially with young people. Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and building trusted relationships. Strong understanding of bullying behaviour, inclusion, safeguarding, and wellbeing. Competence in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) including survey tools and data reporting. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentations).
