Strong experience working with ServiceNow applications: ITSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM understanding full features and capability. Experience with integration capability within ServiceNow Administration experience of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions An understanding of Incident management, problem management, change management, release management and configuration management as it relates to ITIL Experience working within a hybrid Agile/Scrum / Waterfall framework Experience in the Systems Development Life Cycle processing including requirements analysis and systems design.
