Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial management role within landscaping, grounds maintenance, facilities management, construction, or a similar service-based industry. Proven experience managing contracts and delivering commercial performance across multiple sites. Strong understanding of contract management, tendering, pricing, and commercial negotiations. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin improvement. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations. Experience preparing tenders, quotations, and estimates for reactive and planned works. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using estimating models or software.
