Practice & Capability Leadership Build and develop the SAP Analytics capability, including mentoring junior colleagues Support recruitment and workforce planning aligned to growth strategy Establish delivery standards, methods, and best practices across the practice Foster a high-performance culture focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement 5.
