Regional Manager Devonport / Plymouth On-site Permanent Summary We're recruiting a Regional Manager to lead one of our Regional managed service structured cabling contracts (Data LAN, Voice Cabling, On-site Support, and Berthing) based at Devonport Naval Base. You'll oversee a portfolio of managed service contracts across the Southwest, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery, contract performance, and profitability. This will involve line management of Technical Supervisors and Engineers within the Southwest Region. Responsibilities Health & Safety: Provide visible safety leadership and ensure all activities follow NG Bailey's "safety first" standards. Service Delivery: Meet contracted SLAs and deliver services on time, within budget, and to required quality levels. Client Relationships: Maintain positive customer relationships through regular reviews, site visits, and proactive communication. Act as the escalation point for service issues and drive them to resolution. Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate the service delivery team to maximise performance. Team Support: Work with the Head of Operations to provide accurate reporting. Support the PMO with second-line customer issues and escalations. Compliance: Ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, local requirements, and relevant international/manufacturer standards. Business Management: Oversee revenue and cost forecasting, business planning, billing, and overall financial performance of the service. Technical Oversight: Ensure designs and installations meet internal, client, and statutory specifications. Security: Maintain full security compliance across the region and support the security team when required. Regional Responsibility: Take full accountability for the Devonport/Plymouth region and provide support to other regions when needed. Installations Supervisor - Data Cabling Projects in retail stores Looking for an experienced Data Cabler to manage a team of 8-10 Engineers installing mostly data cabling and EPOS equipment into retail stores. This role is to be an "on the tools" supervisor, advising and supporting the team who are working on multiple sites across the South of England. Applicants for this role must be comfortable travelling, have previously supervised installations projects and be cable of providing advice and support across: cabling, containment, patch panel, comms cab and socket installations, termination, and testing. Useful tickets include ECS / CSCS, SSSTS, IPAF etc. Salary £35- 40K basic + vehicle, 25 days holiday+ the 8 Bank holidays, and working away / overnight allowance and premiums.

We are seeking Wayleave Officers to join our team in Cumbria. Job Title: Wayleave Officer Location: Cumbria GB, Site based Role Summary: As a Wayleave Officer, you will play a vital role in facilitating the installation of telecommunications infrastructure by securing wayleave permissions on private land and properties. You will work closely with the Wayleave Supervisor and Manager and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the efficient rollout of our network. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting audits, negotiating agreements, and liaising with stakeholders to navigate the complexities of land ownership and consent processes. Key Responsibilities: Wayleave Acquisition Collaborate with the Wayleave Manager to obtain permissions for the installation of telecommunications apparatus on both public and private sector properties. Conduct desktop audits of pre-build areas to identify private land and determine necessary wayleave requirements. Utilize land searches to identify ownership of private properties and secure wayleaves, easements, and landlord consents. Will be required to obtain wayleaves onsite from the landowner as well as remotely Negotiation & Coordination Negotiate wayleaves for Business Parks, Industrial Estates, and Council properties, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Coordinate with Planning, Build, and Installations teams to update requirements and ensure all necessary planning consents, wayleaves, and listed building consents are obtained. Liaise with public bodies, including the Department for Infrastructure, Local Councils, and Housing Associations, to facilitate effective network rollout. Stakeholder Engagement Schedule and attend meetings with landowners, Councils, management agents, and other stakeholders as necessary to discuss wayleave agreements and project updates. Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, management agents, and solicitors regarding permissions for installations in residential and business premises. Provide timely updates to the Wayleave Manager on progress and any issues that arise during the acquisition process. On-Site Responsibilities Conduct on-site visits to obtain wayleaves, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and signed. Work closely with the Wayleave department to understand policies and processes, maintaining compliance with all regulations. Key Requirements: Experience & Knowledge Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a telecommunications environment. Previous experience as a Wayleave Officer (1+ year) is highly desirable, with a focus on negotiating wayleaves and managing land permissions. Familiarity with the 'Symology' platform is a significant advantage for data retrieval and review. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including landowners and local authorities. Good organizational skills, capable of managing changing priorities within tight deadlines while ensuring quality output. Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
