Strategic Pursuits Senior Executive - Financial Institutions Marketing & Practice Development London Hybrid Full time (35 hours) We are seeking a Strategic Pursuits Senior Executive to support our global Financial Institutions (FIG) group, working at the heart of business development and marketing activity for large, complex pursuits. In this role, you will lead and project manage high value RFPs and proposals, develop compelling client facing materials, and help shape persuasive sales strategies that differentiate the firm in a highly competitive market. You will work autonomously day to day, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, business development teams, and lawyers across regions. Key responsibilities include: Managing and delivering complex RFPs and proposal submissions end to end Acting as a subject matter expert on the financial services sector, clients and competitors Drafting and editing high quality proposal content, including executive summaries Coordinating inputs from partners, lawyers and marketing colleagues globally Supporting client presentations and post pitch reviews Maintaining proposal content, CRM records and experience databases Producing client and proposal related reports About you: Strong proposals experience within a professional services environment Excellent writing, editing and attention to detail Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast paced environment Highly organised, calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple deadlines Strong IT skills and experience working with CRM and content systems This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, high performing marketing team supporting a globally recognised financial institutions practice.
