We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for an Operation & Compliance Manager for a Prep School based in Chelsea. The successful candidate will provide operational and compliance support, working in close partnership with the Head and staff team to ensure that the school runs efficiently and complies with all aspects of the independent school standards. The Operations & Compliance Manager will line manage the office administrator and catering assistant and oversee the regular and occasional contractors who provide services across the school. The Operations Manager will be report daily to the Head and work closely with the Group Compliance Manager and Finance team to ensure effective and efficient running of the school. Finance & Information Systems To collate pupil and statistical data for monthly reporting to the LA, the Head and Forfar Group To manage the monthly payroll adjustments and submit to the Group Payroll Officer To liaise with Group Finance to manage the school budget, including invoicing.
