General - taking responsibility of the welfare of the home with regard to health and safety and primary care issues, as well as making decisions about the individual residents' requests and behaviours whilst on shift. Positive Communication - Be able to have phone contact, send emails, attend appointments and meetings with professionals and families / carers, compose written reports. Administrative work - Record keeping associated with all of the above responsibilities and the daily running of the home.
