Our client are a global retail brand and they are looking for a talented Creative producer to onboard asap for a 3 month period. JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : Creative Producer / Project Manager - Creative Production Location : London, Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days home Travel : Occasional international travel for production shoots Level : Mid-level Reports to : Senior Production Manager 3 months Overview We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Producer to join our clients creative production team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Production, who's ready to step into a broader, more dynamic role requiring dual skillsets comprised of both producer and project management . Working closely with the internal creative team, external agencies, and production partners, you'll play a key role in the delivery of ad-hoc requests that come into the team. From assessing the brief through to final delivery. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy juggling multiple projects, and are excited by the idea of a hands on role with a broad range of creative projects, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Help manage the full lifecycle of ad-hoc creative projects, from receiving the brief to execution and delivery. Production Coordination Support the coordination of planned photo and video shoots Manage the logistics, and ensuring all runs smoothly on the day-both locally and overseas when required. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration Work closely and build relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners, including designers, and copywriters, to align project timelines and expectations. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to manage creative requests and the delivery of final assets, ensuring the work moves efficiently and in a timely manner. Creative Process Support Maintain an understanding of the creative process and contribute to the smooth flow of work from concept to final production. Help ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and campaign requirements. Asset Management & Admin Manage the uploading and tagging of creative assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Support the wider creative team by keeping project files organized and accessible.
