The details: 1. Technical Leadership Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle faults Take ownership of larger, high-value, and technically challenging jobs Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard Support quality control across all workshop outputs 2. Team Leadership & Development Mentor and support apprentices and junior technicians Act as a role model for professional conduct, work ethic, and standards Provide guidance and technical oversight to the team Assist in building a high-performance workshop culture 3. Workshop Supervision Support and deputise for the Garage Owner when required Take responsibility for workshop operations during assigned shifts Participate in rotational opening, closing, and shutdown procedures Support admin staff in management of workflow, job allocation, and productivity 4.
