Our client is looking for a Data Inputter/Administrator to join their existing team based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset. Salary & Working Hours: Hours are Monday to Friday PAYE with a starting salary of £28,000 per annum (potential for a more senior role, with greater earning potential) Responsibilities: Import /manually enter jobs from managed systems and outlook into our in house system Close all live jobs down from completions Review all dashboards to ensure all reports are up to date/correct Open and activate road opening notices as and when required Take phone calls and deal with issues accordingly Requirements: Strong IT knowledge & organisational abilities Able to work from our Shepton Mallet depot Office based Proactive Benefits: Long Term Role Company Pension 30 days paid holiday per annum (after 5 years of employment an extra days holiday is received every subsequent year worked up to a maximum of 5 extra days) Casual dress code On site parking About the Company Our client is a successful Reinstatement Company who have been established for over 30 years.
