Salary 40K - 42K DOE + Bonus + OT + Van + Paid travel time + Benefits OTE 45K - 50K The Role: The Mobile HGV Plant Fitter will be responsible for undertaking installation, service, maintenance, repair and calibration of a range of vehicle mounted load monitoring equipment. You will work on a wide range of commercial fleet including HGV's, Heavy Plant and other commercial vehicles client locations throughout Southern England. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours + OT + Door to door pay Candidate: You will be an experienced field service engineer ideally with a good mechanical engineering background. Ideally you will have previous experience in service and repair of load monitoring or weighing equipment. Service engineers with experience in working on HGV or mobile plant will have advantage but full training will be given. Applicants with basic electrical fault find / diagnostics and repair skills will have an advantage but not essential as training will be given. This is a two-year programme with a gradual transition from team-based support to independent working, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a critical infrastructure environment.
