This role acts as the key administrative support for the Production Managers across multiple local sites. You will be looking after all the work in progress (WIP) sheets to ensure all planned works are scheduled in and progressing as required. As a Coating Operative, you will be responsible for the final preparation and painting of wind turbine blades. This role is physically demanding and suited for individuals who are resilient and possess endurance. You will often work in full personal protective equipment (PPE), including paper suits and air-fed masks, and must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to identify any potential faults to the blades before painting.
