Work closely with subcontractors to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard. Support and guide operatives in problem-solving across all roofing disciplines, including flat roofing, pitched roofing, and liquid plastics. Monitor budgets and ensure repairs are raised and allocated to the correct codes. Report on performance, quality, and compliance in line with organisational standards. Build strong stakeholder relationships, including with residents, contractors, and internal colleagues. Skills and Experience Required Experience in roofing, with knowledge across all roofing systems (flat, pitched, and liquid plastics essential). Previous experience supervising or managing a team is preferred, but we will also consider applicants with strong roofing experience looking to step up into a supervisory role. Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience working in social housing is desirable but not essential.
