Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships. Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements. Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance. Leadership and Development: take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team - with the opportunity to manage and promote others as you grow. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
