Working within a newly launched Innovation department, you will define the technical architecture, integrate complex CRM workflows, and build the digital backbone for a profitable, fast-growing finance business. Drive Technical Strategy: Make key technical decisions and work directly with the co founders to shape the company's long term product function. The ideal candidate Full Stack Proficiency: 1 5 years of experience building production grade applications with a focus on clean, maintainable code and system reliability.
