Pipefitter Assembly Technician - Products & Machines Location: Lincoln Contract - 6 months + Rate: £38.00 p/hr Umbrella Description 1. To be able to bend and form tubing using hand bending tools ranging from "- 1" tube. 2. To bend and form 1"- 3" using machine tool process. 3. Ability to identify tube and flange details in accordance to specifications. 4. Fitting, bending, forming and termination of small bore pipe work assemblies. 5. Setting up pipe fabrications, tacking in position ready for welding. 6. Assembly of pipe assemblies using "Swagelok" fittings. 7. The ability to prepare and set up pipe fabrications (weld joint preparation) to contract specific drawings and systems. 8. To have knowledge and clear understanding of engineering drawings, schematics and P&ID's. 9. Must be able to work under supervision by the Team leader/Cell Manager. 10.
