Produce components to drawing specification and required quality standards Maintain machines, tooling and good housekeeping at all times Organise area & tooling to maximise productivity Operate all plant equipment to procedure and health and safety guidelines Willingness to participate in improvement activities across the business Assist in problem solving when issues arise Must embrace change and be willing to adopt new skills to support all areas of the business To be flexible in a small team oriented environment Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Ability: Good communication skills To be able to read and understand engineering drawings and procedures Proficient using measuring equipment Understand the importance of following process & standards Must possess a positive can do attitude Must have the ability to work without supervision Must be prepared to undertake all reasonable requests as determined by the business needs Strong organisational & housekeeping standards, experience of working with 5S methodology & lean tools an advantage Normal working hours, 07.00 to 15.30 Monday to Thursday, 07.00 to 12 noon on Friday, 30 mins paid lunch, 20 days paid leave per annum, plus 8 statutory bank holidays.
