Providing leadership on emerging technologies and digital capabilities: AI, advanced analytics, cybersecurity and cloud-native architectures - evaluating scalability, interoperability, and alignment with the client's investment thesis and long term digital strategy. Advising clients on translating complex technical findings into actionable commercial insights, quantifying IT related costs and risks, and supporting negotiation strategies to maximise deal value and minimise execution risk.
