This role will be predominantly office and site-based, where you can expect three days per week out conducting surveys with two days set aside for report writing, with some hybrid working flexibility here. You will utilise your strong background and understanding of the costs associated with planned works programmes to make recommendations on what should be done with stock, from repairs and improvement works, to demolition. This role is in scope of IR35. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role you will be an experienced Building Surveyor with strong understanding of the main disciplines associated with the role, including disrepair, damp and mould, and a strong general understanding of building pathology.
