Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in HVAC engineering within building services or local authority environments. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, compliance standards, and health & safety regulations. Ability to manage projects from design through to completion and handover. Familiarity with ISO 55000 and asset management principles (desirable). Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
