About the Role This vital role ensures that all staff are effectively onboarded, trained, and fully compliant with internal and external training requirements-empowering them to support our pupils with confidence and care. You will lead the staff induction process, manage training compliance through our online platform (Shine), and deliver essential in-person training, including Safety Intervention, First Aid, and Medication administration. Your work will ensure staff are fully equipped to support pupils with SEND in a safe, informed, and effective manner. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate induction from Day 1 through probation. Organise school tours, IT access, Buddy system, and policy orientation. Monitor progress and support line managers with probation reviews. Manage Shine platform training compliance and reporting. Coordinate and record external training needs with SLT. Deliver in-house Safety Intervention, First Aid, and Medication training. Maintain up-to-date training records and generate compliance reports. Essential: Experience in training coordination and onboarding Strong admin and organisational skills Confident with Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms Desirable: Experience in SEND or education settings Familiarity with Shine or similar systems CPI Instructor status or training delivery experience Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above About us Acorn Park is a school for 160 pupils, who all have a primary diagnosis of Autism.
