Role Overview: As Head of HYROX, you will oversee the success of HYROX classes and events across GymNation's UAE locations. Company Description GymNation is embarking on a rapid expansion across the region and we are looking for an experienced and talented Head of HYROX to grow this product across the UAE. This is a key position within our management team with significant potential for continued growth as we continue to expand. Role Objectives The Head of HYROX is responsible for the success of HYROX Classes and events within GymNation UAE Branches. They will work closely with the Head of Signature Products to ensure new coaches are successfully recruited, trained and onboarded with the relevant training materials and resources. They will have an incredibly strong understanding of both the HYROX concept and the Fitness Industry including product, sales and operations. They are directly responsible for the quality and growth of GymNation's HYROX offering with regards to Sales, Utilisation, Member Experience, Class Standards and internal/external Events. Entry Requirements Has been in a Fitness Management/Head Coach position for a minimum of 12 months OR has demonstrated the equivalent level of development with regards to their overall performance. Has relevant coaching experience and a track record of delivering classes to the highest standard. Excellent understanding of all aspects of the business including sales, marketing and operations. Strong admin skills and able to analyse data to make informed scheduling decisions Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive the coaching team forwards Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern Market, UAE specific is desirable.
