The Role As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery to manufacture precision aluminium window and door components to specification. You will play a key role in ensuring products are produced efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. Day-to-Day Duties Setting and operating CNC machining centres for aluminium profiles Reading and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication manuals Uploading and editing CNC programs where required Measuring and inspecting machined components to ensure accuracy and quality Cutting, drilling, milling, and prepping aluminium sections for fabrication Performing routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Ensuring all work is completed in line with production schedules Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Working closely with the fabrication and assembly teams Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times Requirements Previous experience operating CNC machinery (experience with aluminium preferred) Ability to read and understand technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good understanding of manufacturing processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
