A dynamic Construction Consultancy with a social office is seeking a driven CDM Principal Designer to join their expanding CDM and Design Risk Management team. With a strong reputation for developing early careers and access to iconic and interesting projects, this is a great opportunity to further develop your experience within the CDM industry as a Principal Designer. You will visit their scenic office, in the heart of London twice a week, whilst you work from home the rest of the time. They have a large CDM team which will allow you to collaborate well, enabling you to provide early risk management. The CDM Principal Designer's role The successful CDM Principal Designer will: Provide expert advice on CDM 2015 Regulations Act as Principal Designer on a variety of projects Attend and contribute to early design risk review meetings Liaise closely with both clients and design teams Manage documentation, design reviews and safety requirements The CDM Principal Designer Experience within the Construction industry totalling 5 years (essential) NEBOSH Construction or equivalent safety qualification (essential) TechIOSH membership (Essential) APS membership (Essential) A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred) In Return?
