Escalate temporary machinery fixes and support long-term solutions. Accurately generate and submit shift production reports. Complete daily logbooks, recording all issues and actions taken. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in machine or production line operation, ideally within manufacturing. Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues. Strong organisational and time management skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work varying shift patterns as required. Sound decision-making skills with a safety-first mindset. Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.

Experience within large format print, graphics, adhesive materials or visual media would be useful, though attitude and organisation are just as important.
