I m currently working with a well-established and highly regarded residential conveyancing firm based in Camberley that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its friendly and close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx professional seeking a genuinely supportive working environment with a strong focus on client care and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completion. Drafting and reviewing legal documentation. Maintaining and updating the firm s case management system. Handling all post-completion formalities. Conducting legal research where required. Providing clear, concise, and practical legal advice. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication. Desired skills and experience: Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing as a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx). Proven ability to meet targets and manage a busy caseload effectively. Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process. Excellent communication and client care skills.
