You will be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards, ensuring a high-quality finish and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement method. Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels. Use welding, filling, and straightening techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition. Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards and within agreed timescales. Work collaboratively with paint sprayers, MET technicians, and preppers to complete jobs efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
