The role can be based at any of their offices with hybrid working also available. This is a full-time position however part-time schedules would be considered. Key responsibilities Taking instructions from clients or supervisor for Sales and Purchase files, transfer of title, new build purchases, discharge and re-mortgage work including leasehold and freehold titles Advising and keeping clients up to date with the progress of their transaction at every stage both via email, app, telephone and face to face.
